?name?? form help

Hey there just a little problem i could do with some help, firstly i have a report which you can select a purchase order and stock code from the same drop down combo box, i have a stock description text field on my form, order line number and the stock code also displayed in a text box on the form, when i save the form and close it then run again i get ?name in all the text boxes however when i go into design view and then run it, its completly fine, please can i have some help with this
