Narrowed view of form

Hi,
I did something (apparently) and dont know what.
When I go into non-design view of my form all I can see is a narrow area of my page. I'm able to scroll and see all my fields, but I'm only seen about a 2 inch area even though my form is vertically about 21 inches.
In Design view, it's layed out normally and I can see the whold page in my window.

Where have I gone wrong?

Sounds like you may have changed something in the design properties for the form.
Check your properties in the design view for size. i.e. Border style and also Pop up and Modal ar set at no.
