I have a navagation form with four tabs. One for Employees by department, another for employee changes for that same department, another for employee adds of any department, and a report center tab. I also have a Main Form with all of the different departments labaled on command buttons. Each button filters the employee table by department, however, when I go to the second tab (Emoployee Change) I lose my filter that was picked on the main form. How do I get the filter to also work on the employee chanage tab as well as the employee list tab.
