Hello all,

I have a pretty involved form that I created to track survey results. I had it all inclusive on one main form with subforms and subforms to the subforms using page breaks. Unfortunately, I ran out of room lengthwise on the form. I wanted to stay away from scroll bars to where everything was visible at once. I now have moved towards using command buttons on the form to open up the corresponding record. My dilemna is that I don't know how to set up my print feature. I want to have one button that allows the user to print out all corresponding forms: ie. Demographic, Observational tool, survey result, staff information. All of these are linked together. Please help

After searching the forums, I have found that printing off forms is not recommended and that I should use reports instead.
In all of the databases I have created, I have allowed the end user to easily print off their data entry form so that they have a hard copy record of what they have entered. Eagerly awaiting assistance.

Just use the report wizard if you have no idea what you are doing. Select the fields you want, then it should ask how you want it sorted.

I would still like to do this on the form however. I received this suggestion from another website. I can't figure out what it means or if it is even helpful. Please assist.

For i = 1 to TabName.tab.count

cmdlg.print TabName.tab(i)

next i
