I have an unbound form with a combo box, a list box and a control for a picture with navigational buttons under the picture box. I select a category from the combo box and if there are sub categories for this category they are displayed in the tex box. I then select from the text box and the pictures should be be display. I have managed to use code to show the first picture of the recordset but when I click on the next button nothing happens.

How do I go through the recordset using the buttons.

Thanks

Your botton will need to have code that moves to the next record in its on click event.

Such as

rst.MoveNext

Yes, I am having the same problem, it seems as if the form's display is not reflecting the fact the the record pointer has moved on to a new record. I am using rst.movenext etc and can trap hitting rst.eof, but I am also using bound controls rahter than unbound as above.

Do you have to use unbound controls and fill them programmatically ?

Cheers
Alan
