Need Access 2003 Query help

I work for an insurance company. Each of our accounts/policies can have several actions throughout the year. Each action has a date as to when that action occured.

My query currently lists each action as a seperate line so one account/policy could have up to five lines. Each line with a different action and the date associated with that action.

I want to have one line for each account and then next to it have each date read across the page. So each action will have its own column but the dates will be on the same line.

Any ideas on how I can get my results to show one line per account with all of the dates listed across the same line?
