Need form help

Hello,

I need two small inputs in Access forms

How can I make the size of a form fixed. No resizing allowed
When I open access form it should open a form in running mode. No default access tables and form design mode.

Check out the border style property of the form, and I guess Tools/Startup Options for the second. I'm not sure what you're asking for there.
