Need Help Creating a Frequent Cust Combo Box

Hi, I am trying to create a combo box that list frequent customers on an invoice. How can I have a frequent customer list that will look at customer name and address. Several customers may have the same first name. and others may have the same address but in diffrent cities, so I cannot use bound 1 or bound 2 for customer or address. Is there any way to use bound for 2 fields. I am using auto number on the invoice itself. I have customer, address, city, state, zip on customer form, on the invoice form I have autonumber so I can auto generate number for frequent customer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If it is difficult to define your customers, I would use a CustomerID field in your customer table; and then bind that to your combo box.
