need help in this pop up form

i have a small database with two forms one of them is time calculator meaning when the time() = textbox opens another pop-up form but i have a problem in this pop-up form i need this form to be opened over all the on pc application example: when i am using any another app. like (mail, excel, word) i want to this form to appear on-top overall to remind me of something,,so please help me with code or something to get this idea ASAP.,, thanks a lot for your help and co-operation
