Need help in User Level Access 2007

Hi guys,

I know its annoying on this topic, but I do need a to come up with a user level access in access 2007, Ok, here's what I envision upon logging-in to the system the user is limited to specific tasks (e.g. record viewing only, printing reports only etc. etc.

Certainly seached the entire forum & google but to no avail of any sample, have tried the ff. by the way is close but not quite.
