Need help to make a synchronizing solution

Hi!

I have a problem I need help with since I'm really is a noob with db :)

I have 10 users, and 1 admin user.
All of the 10 is offline, they do all their work out in the bush with no possibility's to connect online.

The admin is a office person, never going out.

The thing I want to do is:

All 10 user can work on their replica db adding and chaining records and so on.
Once a week (or maybe with mail??) they need to synchronize with the main db that the admin got so that all the information they have gathered along the week is put in the main one. -they should NOT get any information from the main one!!
They are still not on the network (it's many hours driving, so they need to put it on a dvd room and sending it or using mail).

Each user have a user name and number and they are only allowed to change records they made them self and make new record. (The replicas have only the information that the single user have made, the main one have all users)

I'm sorry if I didn't make my self understood, English is not my first languish!
SO if ANYTHING is unclear don't hesitate to ask me questions!
