need help with a page

hello everybody, I've been struggling with a "problem" for a while now. Here goes

I've done an access database with a nice llittle menu, but I want to convert the menu to a page (web page). But for some reason I cant get the command button on the page to open another form on the same database.
The properties for the command button on a page differs from the one on a form.

Can you please help
