Need help with a very simple query (List-of-Values-Match)

I have the following table:

When I try to use the List-0f-Values-Match to make a query using the: In ("20","30","40") criteria in the Monthly Fee field, I get the "Data type mismatch in criteria expression. (Error 3464)"

Here is the query in design view:

I don't understand what am I doing wrong?

Nevermind. I fixed it by removing the quotation marks
