I am not sure if I can do what I am trying to do but here goes.
I currently run a select query that gives me a results list of inspection types. Then a run a query that takes the results from this query and the results from another query to see what inspections were not completed. This works great for a month at a time but if I want to look at 2 months or more at a time of inspections it does not work as well. Because if an inspection is not done one of the months and it is done the other months it will find a match on the list and it will not show up on my report.
Here is my SQL I used, Hopefully someone can help me.
SELECT [Button 1 - All of CLP - Month].END_DT, [Button 1 - All of CLP - Month].STATUS, [Inspection Count All].DESCRIPTION, [Inspection Count All].NAME
FROM [Inspection Count All] LEFT JOIN [Button 1 - All of CLP - Month] ON [Inspection Count All].NAME = [Button 1 - All of CLP - Month].NAME
WHERE ((([Button 1 - All of CLP - Month].END_DT) Is Null));
