Need information from other table error

Hi Guys,
I have been building up a database for a truck buisness and I have just made it so when you open the report it asks you what registration key you want entered. That all works great! But I have come across a problem, I need the Plant description to also show up in my queries but when i do it comes up with no information. I have the querie based on my job description table. I have tryed relationships but since i have Rego and Plant description in the same table it says 'no unique index for the referanced field of the primary table.' Is there another way i can do this,bering in mind i want the information to come up only if it is the plant description for the Rego...
