Firstly, I want to apologize if this has been answered already - I didn't see it if it has. What I'm looking to do is create a report with three columns of data, from three separate records within the same table. Basically, I'm trying to clone a form we've been using to record customer service call scores so I can eliminate the source excel file and contain everything within Access (entering scores in Excel, printing the document to have it signed by the associate and then RE-entering scores in Access is redundant and a bit of a PITA
).
I've created an extremely simplified version of the report I'm trying to create and the table structure I'm currently using for illustrative purposes. I don't know if I should be trying to use subreports or if I can use dlookup type control fields to access this information, but I'd like to be able to print up to 3 complete call scores per page. I'm really not sure where to start on this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
