Need select SQL syntax

I have words to search and I want to get the results like at Google
For examples,

If I search the words WINDOW, KIT, DOOR
I want to get first the result from Database the all three words, and after it the 2 words and after that 1 words
If I used the OR operation I get the result without order that I want.

I work With Access DB 2003
