I need to add a form that has grade school fitness tests results such as Push Ups and Pull Ups. I need to be able to have a box which user will enter score and a box that outputs points for that score . I am lost on the way to creat the form for this type of entry? For Push Ups i have the input of 55-59 = 10 points
50 - 54 = 9 points 45-49 = 8 points and so on . So if user enters 57 in box 10 points is posted in points box.
There are 6 events like this exampl, so i need to be able to have a total of the students points for all events in a total Points box . I hope this makes since and a big thanx for any advice.

I thought about this one...

You've probably got a table in the db which will hold the data for this operation - I'll call it - 'Stats'

The form I'll call 'StatForm'
The field for Push-ups qnty I'll Call 'PushQ'
The field for Push-up score I'll Call 'PushScore'

So, on the form we create the fields above which are linked to the table 'Stats'

In the AFTERUPDATE property of the field 'PushQ' I'd put something like -

If PushQ<10 Then Me!PushScore = 2
If PushQ>9 And PushQ<20 Then PushScore=3
If PushQ>19 And PushQ<30 Then PushScore=4
......
......

Repeat the above for different pushes & scores

Repeat the above for each of the activities.......

The form would show only the activities for 1 person in linked to a table. But if you are just using the form to quickly work out the score for a given activity, and don't need to record it, then forget the table.
