Need some help with a project

Hey guys, I'm new to the site and I'm glad I found you.

I'm writing a small but very important report program for a local law enforcement office that doesn't have the money to buy a large name program.

The report is very simple in itself, but I'm running into some problem.

1. I need to know how to make the whole report print when they are done with it, not just what is on screne (ie when I printed it it basically done a screne capture and printed that)

2. I need to change the passwords of the officers I added to the list of uers, but everytime I try it changes the Admin password.

The file is very small if someone would like ot take alook at it, I'll change the admin password so someone can mess with it.

To print the report, use the OpenReport command in Print view (I do this in macros so I don't know the exact syntax in VB). This should print the whole report, not just a screen capture.

I haven't used password protection before, so I can't be much help there.

ok I tried that and its still for some reason only printing half the narritive, the rest it prints fine, just the narrative and thats one of the most important things on this report

also want to add a switchboard so I can open another form, called Daily Log, I can get the switch board to come up but everytime I add something and save it it doesn't save the changes.

This is a small file if someone wants to take a look at it, I'll be glad to send it to someone.
