need to query multiple fields with one input

Hey everyone,
I need to setup a search query where a user will input a check amount and it will search multiple fields. I have 9 check amount fields in a table and i need 1 input to query all the fields,

thanks rich, but this is actually a different issue, this will be used for searching

Although you don't see it as such the two threads are related, again you only need ONE field containing payments and other fields containing other relevant data
