Need To Return The Same Value Across Multiple Cells Based On Multiple Criteria (1 Viewer)

Hello,

Hopefully someone is able to help me please, I'm trying to add a formula that it returns the same value across multiple cells

so the goal is to add an appointment status (column E) based on multiple look ups but only return the same value rather then show results from each row, so, if the case number (column A) has a future appointment (Column B) and if its a Subcontractor or DLO (Column D), this should return the appointment status (Column E) but across case numbers that are duplicated - add manually to show as an example.

If someone is able to help with this, should be a good start for me to replicate across other look ups required.

i can't see the "rule" you are imposing to set the status?

case: C1286507 and C1334075 have both columns B, C and D the same yet different status.
