Need to secure my Database

Hi all

I've created a really neat database for the local school and youth club.

I have disabled the shift key method and also use the a bespoke form with user names and passwords for the users to enter – like this:

It sits on a server and am worried one of the volunteers would help them selves to the whole DB and pass on/sell etc etc.

Anyway could I secure it down even more?

Someone mentioned splitting the tables with the database. How could this be achieved?

If you want to prevent the volunteers to damage your DB, I suggest to put a
password on the DB. Open your DB as exclusive, click on "Tools", "Security",
"Set Database Password". Write a password, and remember it.
