I would like some suggestions\improvements to the attached form included in the zip file of the mdb. Any suggestions would be helpful. I need the form to be as users friendly as possible as the users do not use computers. Everything is done on paper.

Enrichment form
I want to improve the enrichment form. I am using a parameter query. Is there a way to ask for the species name once instead of twice? Anyone have any ideas? All of the records for the daily enrichment file are currently loaded using an excel file. Any ideas for auto loading a record for each animal for 365 for the year - just like the records, I've loaded from Excel.
A daily record of activities takes place for each animal type. The activity is scheduled all at once for the month. The person who actually does the activity records the rest of the information including where the activity happened -basically fills in the rest of the record. Do you have any better ideas for the list boxes? The person filling out the monthly form will choose the option from the pick list then it automatically fills in the form. On the form, I type in the animal name - Gray Wolf, then 10/01/2007 then 10/31/2007. Then I have to type Gray Wolf in again to get the lookup field to work properly. I would like to have the species name default into the 2nd lookup field. Thanks
