Hi All,
Great website, been looking through here for some time now trying to get my head around Access but im stuck... I never thought i would admit this but i am lol.

Basically, i have an excel document that has VBA code and a complex background to populate Word Documents, save data and populate various other systems at the touch of a button on a userform..

Basically, what i am looking for to do in access because its got much more scope for data storage obviously.

I have attached what i am trying to do which is basically:

Have a form where people can input data to save to the database, but at the touch of a button on the form i want it to save the data to the database and then delete the previous records leaving entry for one other again. (Maybe im barking up the wrong tree with this?)... Is it designed where it backlogs them and when the user saves the document it saves them all at once so that the system can be opened by other users?

Im also wanting to be able to attach pictures and save pictures in the DB, im not sure if this is possible?

In addition to this i am wanting to search the documents based on Surname and DOB's or just Surname, or Addresses...

Sounds loads i suppose but any help you great people can provide would be most appreciated!
