New Member with Access Question: How do you make a running total between forms (1 Viewer)

I am a new member to the access forum. I am new to VBA code and not very good at it.

I have a question. I am presently working on a database for manpower. I need to create a running total using a form. The running total sums values from one record to the next. Can I do this without VBA code?

Second question. I need to be able to carry a piece of data from one form to another. Can I do this without VBA code? :banghead:
