Hi Everyone
Looking forward to some interesting help.
Could anyone help me with the following: I am importing info from an Excel database and some of the fields are quite long. The access table field is created as a memo but the imported info is still being cut off at 255. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong and how to correct it please?:banghead:

Since this is the Introductory portion of the Forum you should post your question in the proper category.
Actually, I'm sure someone will give you some help after you post it in the category of the forum for this problem. If you're not sure where to post it, then the General category usually gets an answer.

Thank you for your comments. I have since found out that the problem lies not with my Access form but with the person who designed the web form from which the information is being transferred! Nice to know it wasn't a silly mistake on my part, especially as it was a table I had created for my son's business - credibility restored!!
