Hello! An engineer has turned me onto Access and I've been using it for a few months for various projects. I am not a programmer and I do not use SQL. I work with funding and I've found that Access is a great tool for comparing data as well as slicing and dicing to display data in different formats. I plan on taking Access training at the local community college.
