I am chnaging my database from an Access/Access environment to Access/SQL. I have moved my tables and linked all of my tables to my Access front. Now I am having two problems.

First, If I go to an existing record I can see it but not edit it.

Second, When I go to open a new record I get the following error:

"You canot go to the specified record. You may be at the end of a recordset."
Then after clicking OK I get an Action failed message for the macro that is suppose to open the form to a new record.

Another possibility is that there's no unique indexes? I don't know much about SQL, but saw some blurbs about needing to check that Access picks up the indexes for the primary key to make it updateable.

Can't help with the second one, though.
