New to Access old to excell

I have been a basic programer since 1972 whe I had to use a tape recorder as memory. I used the lotus database programs and created quite a few macro based programs in them.Also in Excel when it started. I have created a lot of programs in Basic and VB. Now I am learning Access and boy do I need Help
