Sorry, I am relatively new to this database stuff.

I have an Access Database (MS ACCESS 2002) and I want to get it online. I want to test it online first and so have got some free webspace.

First: is the free webspace offered at: http://www.somee.com/FreePackage.aspxsufficent?

Second: How do I go about getting the database online. I have windows XP Home. Is there an existing guide on this website or can someone please direct me to a good guide.

Thanks,

Free websites are usually worth the price that you pay for them (usually free web sites advertise on your web pages which can create all sorts of problems); I have never heard of a good free web site.

Usually your ISP gives you some web space though; take it up with them.

If your computer is on Broadband and your computer is always hooked up to the Internet you could host the web site your self; but this entails that you have to have your computer always running and connected. This also can take up CPU power on your own computer - so things can get really slow (especially if there is an ASP error).

For starting I would recomend reading a book; I bought the one from Wrox - Beginning Active server pages. This explained everything I needed to know.
