Not A Valid Bookmark

My Database has been working fine,but then today i try to search for a record via the form then it gave me this error messege "Not A Valid Bookmark".

have already searched for this thread on this forum but still it has not helped me.

your form may be corrupted. Assuming you have a combo box to search for records then that may be currupt. Try removing the control, close the form, open the form and re-create the control. Otherwise try repairing the db, or finally create an empty form and copy the objects then the code.

I discovered that 10 of my records in my table where corrupt,then i removed them and that proble has gone.
