Hi All,
I don't know how to acheive the following - and wondered if any of you experts could help me.
I have a simple report - set out as rows, with a product per row. This has been working well, but i've been asked to combine special product data, which can be upto 9 extra fields, and they have to go under the main product row. Most products don't have this special data.
I've designed my report, but i now have generally 9 blank rows inbetween each product on the printout. What i'd like to do is get rid of these empty spaces in the report. How can i acheive this ? I know that i can make fields visible or not, but can i change a setting somewhere so that if he field isn't visible (contains no data) then the rows below it 'move up' on the report?
Sorry if i've used the wrong terminology here !
