Not In List Event to improve UX of Edit List Items

Right, I guess I was wondering if there was a way to reorder the operations. So that the data doesn't write to the table from the original form but from the edit form.

original form passes to edit form as text.

edit form passes to table as record data.

table records refresh original form.
