Hello,

I'm having a problem with grouping and sorting that seems to make my report wrong.

I have a report grouped by company name and then region name.

All Regions need to be above 70%, if all regions are above 70% then the company name and the regions for that company shouldn't be on the report.

In the company group i have this:
=IIf([text17]>0.699 And [text19]>0.699,"",[Company Name])

Where [text17] is the percentage of the company nationally and text 19 is the percentage of the region.

MY PROBLEM:
in the criteria above, text19 will only show the first region name in the list alphabetically.
So if "Region A" had 75% and nationally the company had 72% then the company name wont be there, but all the regions below 70% would be.

I need the criteria in my [Company Name] group to look at every single Text19 in the below [Region Name] group.

Thanks in advance if anyone can help.

What's the data source for the report? If that were set to include all information on the companies and regions you describe, then the text box could be set to display one particular piece of information.

That way, you should see multiple rows, assuming there is more than one company that meets the criteria.

Any help?

I did try this, however i could only get my query to show the percentages for regions, and not the company as a national. I couldn't calculate the percentage nationaly in the way i did before, because none of the original info was in the query because of this change.

In that case - and forgive me if I've misunderstood - would using a subform within your main form be an option? One could display the regional info, one the national.

well... the problem with this, is that it needs to be:

COMPANY %
region %
region %
region %

COMPANY %
region %

COMPANY %
