Just having a couple of afterthoughts on this one. Not sure whether to continue on this thread, given much of what's been mentioned already is very closely related, or start a new one, but here goes:-
A small but significant number of the individuals in our TeamMember table will end up being part of more than one team and visiting more than one of the cities we focus in. Some may end up going to the same city twice. We spend one calender year in each city and staff & students spend 3 months in training before going to that city followed by up to 3 months in that city. It is feasible therefore for everyone to visit each city we focus on twice, although the vast majority would only ever be making the one single trip to one city alone.
Rather than having various peeps appearing numerous times in the TeamMember Table, is there any way to allocate people to more than one school without removing them from previous entries?
eg - Jane Doe is a student in the Reef to Outback DTS at YWAM Townsville and visits London as part of her team. 2 years later, she has joined the Outdoor Adventures DTS, at YWAM Ozarks, as staff and is part of the team visiting the next Magacities focus city which is Tokyo. We would like to have her recorded as part of both teams, but not have her name appearing twice in the TeamMember table.
