Null queries on Forms

Hi,

Am sorry if this has already been posted, but I cannot find it.

I have a form that runs a query before it opens which requires an 9 digital account number to be entered. Once entered it brings up the account details.

I would like a msgbox to appear to confirm if there is no match and also if the account digit is too short.

Please can u help, please be easy, fairly new to access code...
