Since you provided NO details as to WHAT or WHERE you're doing here I'm going to take a shot in the dark.
I'm guessing this is for Outlook creating emails.
If the message is HTML you should be able to get a new line with <br>.

And if the body is plain text, use vbcrlf to add text on the next line.
Eg
.Body= string1 & vbcrlf &string2 & vbcrlf & string3
