Office 97 Access

I have the Microsoft Office97 version of Access. I just purchased a Dell XPS with Windows 7. The entire Office Suite runs okay except Access. I get the message, "Microsoft Access couldn't find file 'C/windows32/system.mdw. This file is required for startup."

I've tried to find the file on the disk but no luck.

Is there any place I can get this file?

As you can imagine, my computer skills are nil.
