Office Links on Reports

hey guys, i noticed that there is a office links which actually merges the report with the selected program from the dropdown on the button, only problem is i have set the db so that it hides all buttons in access, how can i do it so that the "officelinks" appears in the navigation?

Another question on the same topic, when the "officelinks" is clicked and excel opens for exmaple, can i have cmd buttons placed on the excel/word document?

Can't answer the second question but the for the first you just need to create a custom toolbar with the buttons you want on it and attach it to the report
