OLE server

I have a problem when opening an adobe acrobat file from an ole window on a form. The file opens ok but when I close it it leaves an error message that the "operation of the acrobat document object failed" and that "ole server may not be registered"

Ihave carried out the method shown on the microsoft knowledge base and have ensured that all old norton stuff is removed but it still happens.

Any ideas out there
