IMPROVE ME!
I'm just starting out with Access and created this database so that our managers can log their notes while they are on call. There's nothing special about this but I would be curious what people think and especially how I might improve it. I like efficient code, and I dont think this is efficient. I also think there could be improvements to make it more intuitive for new users.
When I have a lot of shifts (listbox "Key") and I click on a differnt shift the listbox will blink. But, if I scroll the listbox so that the highlighted shift is now hidden and click a new shift the listbox does not blink. Any thoughts?
Go to forms and click frmInstructions to get a quick snapshot of instructions. Then click the other form to run it.
