One Field used multiple times on one Form

Would anyone know how to display one specific field more than once on a form? I've tried coping the field but that only transfers the data entered from the original to the copied field.

One field on one record will always hold the same data! Perhaps you'd care to try again to explain what you're trying to do?

I have to track uique values of multiple parts. So, I'm trying to use the "No Duplicates" function in the "Indexed" parameters. Unfortunately the No Duplicates feature only works for data in that field, I have multiple fields. I'm thinking I may have to create a validation rule that would check data throughout the database to verify it has not already been entered.
