One form serving multiple tables

Hi there,

Hope somebody can help me with this: is it possible to have just one form serving multiple (but simple) tables?

I am thinking about such a form whereby you first select the kind of entry (task, contact person, document or weblog entry) and then certain fields are open for entry and others are greyed-out.

Would this be possible. Are there examples ?

Sure you can do so.
What you can do is to create a form on the form set a tab control.
Assign to each of the tabs specific table ... and vous a la

But your file does not open, perhaps it is because I have Access 97?
