Originally, I had the dependent table set up like this:
EmployeeCode Dep1FirstName Dep1LastName Dep1SSN Dep1DOB Dep1Medical Dep1Dental Dep1Vision Dep2FirstName Dep2LastName Dep2SSN Dep2DOB Dep2Medical Dep2Dental Dep2Vision

But after reading a chapter on normalizing the data and I decided its better to do this instead for this particular table:
DepCode EmployeeCode DepFirstName DepLastName DepSSN DepDOB DepMedical DepDental DepVision

My goal is to generate a report that I can give to each employee showing the details of their benefits package.
When I generate the report, it will duplicate the # of report for one employee based on the # of dependents that employees has. How can I generate the report so it will list all of the dependents together in one report?
For an example, if you have 2 children including your husband and you just have the basic benefit package of Medical, Dental, and Vision. I would have 3 reports on you like this below:

Report #1
Name
Pam Rains

Address City State Zip
2106 Emma Avenue Springdale AR 72764

Benefits Coverage Level Premium
Medical Employee/Family $42.06
Dental Employee/Family $34.06
Vision Employee/Family $21.06

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Move the dependants field to the detail area on the report

Group by Employee and as khawar said, put the dependents in the detail area. Or, you can use a subreport to select the dependents and put that subreport in the detail area (which is what you may have to do) and set the master/child links to the employee ID.
