Ok, I am trying to repair an existing database to use less space. At the moment we create a new database each day. Which is time consuming and taking up space (like a gig of space each year 
) What I am doing is allowing multiple dates of records to exist in the same table. My road block is that I only want the corresponding records to show on the form by the date that is currently set in the database. I need it to be simple too. I only want the employees to select the date once the database opens and click the form they want to populate or edit. As we do business day by day and its fast paced. So the form needs to automatically load only the records that have the same date as the set date (as I would like to go back out of the database and change the date to lookup previous information). I have been trying to achieve this for days now. Any help appreciated. Database attached. Cheers!
