hello,

I'm not an access programmer, so I will try to do my best in explaining what I need.

I have a form which contains DRCARNR (that's a reference number)
In that form I have a Subform which contains the lines of the different
ordernumbers, the dates, etc, of when the reference came into our stock.

Is there a way to filter the subform so that it only shows the most recent orderline ? Be aware, the subform now is also filtered to show only the data that has the same reference number.

Best regards
Nikki

In the query that feeds your subform, you can select how many values to show in a drop down box that by default says "All". In here you can select or enter a number of your choice, ie 1. You'll need to make sure that you have a sort by (ie date descending) to ensure that the most recent order is at the top.

Hope I've explained this okay. Anymore questions, just post back.
