Question Ooooooops Startup

Hi got a bit carried away setting up my databse and only allowing certain access to certain users. In my haste I have unticked all the startup options and now can't get access to the tools menue to reinstae the startup options .Help please how do I get them back.

Hold down the Shift Key whilst opening your database, this will bypass the startup settings and you will be able to reset them.
