Open brower to URL stored in field

Just a quick one, probalby really easy, but i'm new and kinda clueless to this so here goes:

I have a form called "Suppliers" and a text box which displays the suppliers website address, i have put a comand utton on the form, when i click the button i would like it to open the default browers and show me that website, how would i do this? Also if the default browser is not an option just IE would do.
