With my macro how do i get it to open my mail merge document and then automatically print it out
If it cannot be done with a macro then VB would be fine

I had a similar problem late last year and I was passed the following link to a Access Mail Merge solution written by Albert Kallal. after a bit of tweaking it did the job perfectly. It doesn't print the document automatically but it does allow you to create a list of templates which you then use depending on your requirements.
As it is a mail merge, you can then save the merged document if you need to keep a copy of correspondence for Customer Service reasons.
