Opening a form stand-alone

I know I've done this before but I can't seem to figure out how to do it again. I want to be able to open a form/series of forms separate from the main Access window like it's its own application. How do I do that in Access 2003?

access is a MDI app and thre forms must be within the Access shell.

It is possible to hide the Access shell to get the illusion of what you want.
